Simea´s sensor solution are based on a fiberoptic system
arrangement
in which the sensor element is located at the end
of an optical fiber.
The sensor element is based on a material
combination of silicon and glass,
brought together by anodic
bondning.
The Sensor is developed and manufactured in collaboration
with
Ångströmslaboratoriet
in Uppsala and Acreo in Kista.
